How to use an experience voucher

A family photography experience voucher can be redeemed for a complimentary family photography session (worth £125) and free 5x7 print anytime within the next 12 months. Vouchers will also include some additional credit which can be put towards digital files for additional images that you might want after your session. Only one voucher or other offer from Pumpkins and Pixies per family photography shoot can be used but you are free to use another voucher for a separate session. Session are for a whole family (up to 2 adults and up to 3 children) and will take place in Penn Wood, Buckinghamshire and families must include at least 1 child within the age range or 1-9 years.

Your family photography experience slot is for 45 minutes and sessions typically last around 25-30 minutes and include a full online gallery for you to view and purchase more images as well as redeem your credit.

Booking a Session

Booking a session with an experience voucher is simple. Just scan the QR code or visit the link provided to register your voucher and all the information will be sent though within 24 hours to get booked in including a link to check availability and book a slot.

The Location.

The location I have selected for my family photography experience is Penn Wood in Buckinghamshire. One of the largest areas of ancient woodland in the Chilterns and a beautiful setting for relaxed family photography. I will send through an exact meeting point with map once you have a date and time slot chosen.

The Shoot.

With your experience voucher, the shoot itself is completely complimentary and will last around 25-30 minutes, and I aim to make it a relaxed and fun experience and deliver some incredible family photographs for you.

We will spend the first 10 minutes or so capturing a few simple group photographs and combinations so you have some great full family and family combination photographs and then some relaxed images of the children having fun.

After the session

Within a week after your session, you will receive a beautiful online gallery for you to view your family images. This will typically contain 50+ images for you to choose from and your free print can be chosen from any of these and will be posted out to you within 21 days.

Your voucher will also contain an amount of credit to be used towards the purchase of digital files and the prices for digital packages are listed below.

Images will be on sale for the first 48 hours once your gallery is delivered and your credit can still be used during this sale period. The sale prices are also listed below.

The credit on your voucher is only redeemable in the period that your gallery is active (4 days). Please ensure that you hand over your experience voucher at the time of the shoot so that I can apply your credit to the gallery.

If you have a £250 voucher then this can be redeemed for a complimentary shoot (worth £125) and £125 of gallery credit

If you have a £200 voucher then this can be redeemed for a complimentary shoot (worth £125) and £75 of gallery credit

If you have a £175 voucher then this can be redeemed for a complimentary shoot (worth £125) and £50 of gallery credit

Terms and conditions

1. Nick Rose will be the sole photographer for the shoot and will be responsible for deliver of the images produced

2. At least one legaly responsible parent/guardian is required to attend the shoot

3. A legally resposible parent/guardian is directly responsible for the saftey of the children during the entirity shoot. No dangerous activities will be encouraged and photographs of your family and children will be taken in a typical woodland environment under normal family playtime conditions which must be supervised and decided on by the parent/guardian. Basically if your children like to run around, play with sticks, throw leaves, jump, roll around etc then this is great but their actions during the shoot are your responsibility

4. A select number of images from the shoot may be used on my website/social media for portfolio and marketing purposes and the free print is a thank you for allowing me to use some images. I take privacy requests very seriously and I am more than happy to keep all of your images completely private if you would prefer and you are more than welcome to opt for full privacy instead of taking the free print.

5. No guarantees can be made about the outcome of the shoot (including but not limited to weather, types of photographs and number of images). Working with children in a natural environment is an unpredictable. Every effort will always be made to deliver the very best experience and images.

6. The session will include a family photography photoshoot with Nick Rose of Pumpkins and Pixies plus a 5x7 print from the shoot which will be delivered around 2-3 weeks once you have made your choice and additional images can be purchased as detailed above.

7. The complimentary print is for families that have not previously taken a session with Pumpkins and Pixies and that are happy for me to use some images in my portfolio. Families that have previously taken a session with me and have only taken a free print are still able to take another session without the complimentary print.

8. Only one offer session of any kind can be taken per family within any 12 month period
